No more “Dude, I caught like 20 feet of air” boasts (and BS calls) thanks to the new Specialized Jump Stats over-the-air update for their e-mountain bikes.

The update is available now through their Mission Control app, just make sure you’re running the latest 3.0 version of it and pair it with your Turbo Levo Gen3 or Kenevo SL bikes. It’s only compatible with their Turbo eMTBS that have the Mastermind TCU.

Once updated, you’ll be able to track:

  • Total number of jumps
  • Total air time
  • Total distance

It shows them in real time, so you can challenge your friends per run, or even per jump. Just, you know, ride within your limits and all that.

Available now in the app stores.

My friends call me the Mailman, because I’m always sending it, par avion.

Sounds like a cool app. Now people can divide their maintenance costs (bike shop + ER) by the number of seconds they’ve spent air born, and get a cost per second of air time.

good luck with any warranty issues. hahaha. first thing they will look at is how much “sick air” the bike has had.

Looks like they had this data anyway, just making it available to the owner now.

good luck with any warranty claim. This will be the first thing they look at and then promptly deny if your wheels left ground.

The last couple Garmin generations do this… MTB/flow metrics. I love seeing I got “20 seconds” of airtime riding the whole of Monarch Crest.

No more JRA excuses then.

Hope they’ve got a better algorithm than my Garmin. The Garmin wildly over reports jump distance but is incapable of recognising a drop off.
